the hotel staff offered friendly service and a great view. i also appreciated the ample and delicious breakfast it was a charming treat.

quick skip water taxi
It is a hotel. location? killer, just a quick skip to st marks square. very accommodating, they switched our room when i mentioned i struggled with stairs. hotel organized a water taxi to scoop us straight from the hotel. Very convenient.
the room had many ants. the beds were not very comfortable. hairdryer was quite old. i really wish it was better.

great location canal sound fresh breakfast
The location was very nice!!! it's steps from st mark's square. i could hear the gondolas right outside my window. breakfast was fresh and plentiful. It had enough variety to start the day right!!!
The bar had too few seats. The offerings were also limited.
